Marketplace: 3-7 days. Vetted match: candidates presented within 24-48 hours, most hires complete within 5 days.
Do I have to use your management platform?
No. The staffingatlas.online platform is completely optional. Use it if you want easier time tracking, invoicing, and contracts.
What timezones do contractors work in?
Most Philippines-based contractors work in PHT (UTC+8). Many are flexible and can shift hours to overlap with US, AU, or UK business hours.
What if the hire doesn't work out?
For vetted matches, we offer a 30-day replacement guarantee at no charge. For marketplace hires, we recommend a 2-week trial period.
