StaffingAtlas operates as the US sales and relationship function for a managed offshore staffing model delivered in partnership with StaffingAtlas (UK). We connect US-based companies ("clients") with dedicated, Philippines-based professionals for back-office, operational, and support functions.

Actual talent sourcing, delivery pod management, and operational staffing services are performed by StaffingAtlas under a separate service agreement between you and StaffingAtlas. StaffingAtlas facilitates the commercial relationship but is not the direct employer of placed professionals.

They do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of any specific outcome. All pricing and service terms for a specific engagement are governed by a separate written agreement with StaffingAtlas.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Calendly and StaffingAtlas's website. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites. Links do not imply endorsement.
StaffingAtlas offers introductory and discovery calls via Calendly at no charge. These calls are informational in nature and do not create any contractual obligation on either side.
Information you share during a call or in written communications with us will be used to evaluate whether and how our services may be applicable to your situation. We do not share your information with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
No binding service agreement is formed until a written engagement agreement has been executed between you and StaffingAtlas.
If you proceed with an engagement, your staffing services will be governed by a separate Master Service Agreement ("MSA") between you and StaffingAtlas. That agreement will address:

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and StaffingAtlas regarding your use of the Site and pre-engagement interactions. They supersede any prior communications or understandings on these matters.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Failure by StaffingAtlas to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and StaffingAtlas or AIO Technologies LLC.
